The pool and the gym are nice. The room is spacious, and the beds are great.

Hotel is good but need improvements.
Friendly staffs... Varieties of buffet spread... Next to the mall...
I find it odd that there's no staff assist us from the time we reach the hotel...to unload our 4 luggages from the car...send up the luggages to our rooms... it's not easy to pull those luggages on a carpeted floor... Room; Frankly speaking, i think it's time for the rooms to have renovation work... As a regular visitor since the Citraland Hotel days... I find the room a bit out-dated.The interior doesn't change much... The bath-tub also already having those yellowish aged stain... anti-slip mat was dirty and worn out. The shower head also need to be replaced... it's flowing out running water instead of shower like water... There used to be a lot of coffee/tea packets in the room...but I think now they cut down on the quantity...and no more artificial sweetener!! TV: Some of the channels cannot be switched ON due to poor signals...happened that those channels were the one I love to watch Touch-free lift: It's a good and safe concept especially when we are now in post-Covid time...however it's too sensitive! Preferred to have the room card programme the lift according to the designated room and hotel facilities levels instead so we dun need to stop at other levels due to accidentally activated by sensors. Breakfast: For this visit, the 1st 2 days staffs did not cleared the piling up plates fast. In fact on the 1st day, our plates were not cleared till we actually left the restaurant. That shouldn't happened especially during the restaurant peak timing...staffs should be more attentive.
